This highly anticipated return to Atlantic Canada promises a week filled with electrifying performances, exciting events, and well-deserved honours culminating with the 53rd Annual JUNO Awards at Scotiabank Centre on Sunday, March 24, 2024.

This year, legendary singer, songwriter and pop superstar, Nelly Furtado will host the awards for the second time since her iconic 2007 debut in Saskatoon. Renowned for her hugely successful albums Loose, Whoa Nelly, and Folklore, the 10-time JUNO winner will also be treating fans to a performance they won’t want to miss.

Known for their energetic sound and 12-week chart-topping hit “Blame Brett”, Toronto rock sensations The Beaches will also be taking the stage as well as Montreal-born singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin, whose introspective music has garnered critical acclaim and sold-out tour dates across North America.

Joining this impressive lineup of performers is 2024 Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee Maestro Fresh Wes. The Hip-Hop pioneer will be inducted live during a special presentation and performance sponsored by TD. Known as the “Godfather of Hip-Hop,” Maestro Fresh Wes will be celebrated for his groundbreaking contributions to Canadian Hip-Hop as the first Canadian rap artist to achieve gold and platinum status in the country.

In recognition of their outstanding charitable contributions, Tegan and Sara will also be honoured on stage with the 2024 Humanitarian Award presented by Academy Award®-nominated actor, writer, producer, and director Elliot Page. Their foundation, the Tegan and Sara Foundation fights to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ women and girls.

From March 21- 24, 2024, the city of Halifax will come alive with JUNO Week programming offering fans a chance to experience the rich diversity of Canadian music up close.
