The 2024 JUNO Awards media accreditation applications are now open

TORONTO – Today, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) announced that media accreditation is now open for The 53rd Annual JUNO Awards and JUNO Week in Halifax, NS from March 21-24, 2024.

Accreditation will be open from Tuesday, January 16 at 11 a.m. ET to Tuesday, February  13 at 5 p.m. ET. Due to the high volume of applications received, submissions will not be accepted after the deadline. Media will be notified of their accreditation status no later than Tuesday, March 5. 

Media outlets and photo agencies are invited to apply. Requests from individuals or freelancers will be considered alongside a Letter of Assignment/Legal Authorization as detailed in the Media Credentials application. Please note: Travel arrangements should not be finalized until notification of accreditation status has been received.

The celebrations commence on Thursday, March 21, culminating with The JUNO Awards Broadcast on Sunday, March, 24. The 53rd annual JUNO Awards, hosted by Nelly Furtado, will broadcast and stream live across Canada at 8 p.m. ET/9 p.m. AST on CBC TV, CBC Gem, CBC Radio One, CBC Music, CBC Listen, and globally at CBCMusic.ca/junos and CBC Music’s YouTube page.
