 The 2023 JUNO Awards media accreditation applications are now open

TORONTO – Today, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) announced that media accreditation is now open for the 52nd Annual JUNO Awards and JUNO Week in Edmonton, Alberta from March 9 – 13, 2023.

Accreditation will be open from Monday, January 10 at 11 a.m. ET to Tuesday, February 7 at 5 p.m. ET. Due to the high volume of applications received, submissions will not be accepted after the deadline. Media will be notified of their accreditation status no later than Tuesday, February 21.

Media outlets and photo agencies are invited to apply. Requests from individuals or freelancers will be considered alongside a Letter of Assignment/Legal Authorization as detailed in the Media Credentials application. Please note: travel arrangements should not be finalized until notification of accreditation status has been received.

This year, celebrations commence Thursday, March 9, culminating with The JUNO Awards Broadcast on Monday, March, 13. The 52nd Annual JUNO Awards, hosted by Simu Liu, will broadcast and stream live across Canada at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBC TV, CBC Gem, CBC Radio One, CBC Music, CBC Listen, and globally at CBCMusic.ca/junos and CBC Music’s Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages.
