TORONTO – February 26, 2026 — The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) announced today the appointment of Madelaine Napoleone to its Board of Directors. A collaborative and highly respected marketing executive, Napoleone brings deep experience in artist development, strategic marketing and audience growth across Canada and internationally.

Napoleone currently serves as co-General Manager at Warner Music Canada, where she oversees marketing, social, creative, radio, communications and leads cross-functional teams to elevate and amplify Canadian artists. With a strong strategic vision and innovative approach to audience growth and revenue development, she plays a key role in expanding the reach of Canadian talent both nationally and internationally.
