Karen Kosowski is a 3x CCMA “Producer of the Year” nominee and a Nashville-based producer, songwriter and mixer. She produced the majority of Mickey Guyton’s landmark album Remember Her Name (Capitol Records Nashville), which earned three Grammy nominations including Best Country Album. She also co-wrote several of its songs, and her collaboration with Guyton has extended to major live moments, including arranging her acclaimed performance of the U.S. national anthem at Super Bowl LVI.
Kosowski produced and mixed the majority of Meghan Patrick’s Golden Child, which was nominated for “Album of the Year” at the 2025 Canadian Country Music Awards. Her career highlights also include Pentatonix (“Please Santa Please” – Top 10 AC Radio), Tim Hicks (“What A Song Should Do” – Gold, #1 Canadian Country Radio), Brett Kissel (“She Drives Me Crazy” – Platinum), Melanie Dyer (“Memphis T-Shirt” – 6-week #1), and The Washboard Union (Everbound – CCMA “Roots Album of the Year”).
Versatility has been a hallmark of Kosowski’s career, and her formal training, multi-instrumentalist chops, pop programming skills and two decades of studio expertise make her a virtual Swiss army knife in the writing room and the studio. Known for bringing out the best in the artists she works with, her productions combine musicality, emotional depth and polish.
