Most notably, he has been nominated 32 times for a GRAMMY, winning 19. Serban has also taken home 3 Latin GRAMMY’s and 1 JUNO award. At the 2020 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards Serban took home 2 GRAMMYs one for mixing Folklore by Taylor Swift, which won Album of the Year and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical with Hyperspace by Beck. At the 2021 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards Serban won the GRAMMY for Record Of The Year, “Leave The Door Open” by Silk Sonic.

As of August 2022, Ghenea has mixed over 206 #1 singles and albums, including 58 Billboard Hot 100 #1s with hits for The Weeknd, Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, Pink, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Halsey, Imagine Dragons, Jonas Brothers, Lil Nas X, Beck, Nicki Minaj, Maroon 5, and Taylor Swift, among others. Serban mixed 25 tracks off of the Billboard Hot 100 Songs of the Decade list released in 2019, including “Uptown Funk” and “Shake It Off”.
