2023 CONTEMPORARY R&B RECORDING OF THE YEAR | Dylan Sinclair | | The JUNO Awards

Born and raised in Toronto, Sinclair has quickly seen success as a singer. In 2020, he released his second independent project, Proverb, which changed everything for him. The following year it was nominated for Traditional R&B/Soul Recording of The Year at the 2021 JUNO Awards while also tallying 25 million streams since its release. Sinclair’s latest project ‘No Longer in the Suburbs’ is reflective of what was, acceptable of what is, and optimistic for what’s next. While the project certainly signifies his departure from his suburban hometown to his present life in the city, No Longer in the Suburbs is also a leap of faith for Sinclair. Dylan has since been performing these releases for fans at notable music festivals such as the acclaimed Montreal Jazz Fest, as well as Manifesto in Toronto. Following the theme of growth and expansion, Dylan is gearing up to release a Deluxe of NLITS, which include features from some of the best R&B up & comers from the US/UK Destin Conrad, Jvck James & Joyce Wrice.
