2020 BREAKTHROUGH GROUP OF THE YEAR | Hunter Brothers | | The JUNO Awards

Seven-time CCMA Award nominees, and six-time SCMA winners, Hunter Brothers released their sophomore album, State of Mind earlier in 2019. The album remained the #1 Canadian selling country album for four consecutive weeks following its release. Their single “Lost” was their first #1 single at Canadian Country Radio, and “Born & Raised,” was selected as the anthem for the 2018 IIHF World Junior Hockey Tournament. The group toured nationally this year with Paul Brandt, Jess Moskaluke and High Valley on the highly successful The Journey Tour, and debuted at CMA Fest in Nashville. In 2019, they were nominated for three CCMA Awards, including Fans’ Choice, Group, and Album of the Year.
