Grandson & Son
In 2011, Grandson & Son was signed to The Field in Toronto Canada for music video representation. He has since directed and edited music videos for Emmnauel Jal ft. Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Zeds Dead X Twin Shadow, Art Department X Seth Troxler, Steve Aoki, Mansions on the Moon which was executive produced by Pharrell Williams of N*E*R*D and Mirel Wagner through Sub Pop, He has received glowing reviews from Rolling Stone Magazine, Pitchfork Magazine, SPIN, and NPR.org for his work. Grandson and Son is one person.
Zeds Dead
Zeds Dead is a Canadian electronic music duo formed in 2009 from Toronto, composed of Dylan Mamid, or DC, and Zach Rapp-Rovan, or Hooks. Zeds Dead explores a diverse variety of genres that amalgamate aspects of electro house, hip-hop, glitch, and drum and bass into their largely dubstep platform.
The duo are currently signed to the Mad Decent record label and have released music on several others. Much of their music remains bootlegged, unofficially released, or given away as free downloads. Zeds Dead tours in extensive fashion and are significant components of the live music and festival circuits. They most recently toured around Canada and the United States for their Somewhere Else EP, but have played shows all over the world: including big name festivals like Mad Decent Block Party, Coachella, Electric Forest, Lollapalooza, Panorama, and many more.
