Dallas Green released his debut album SOMETIMES under the moniker City and Colour in 2005. The album achieved platinum certification in 2006, and won a 2007 JUNO Award for Alternative Album of the Year where Green also had the distinction of performing. City and Colour’s sophomore release BRING ME YOUR LOVE (2008) debuted at #2 on the Top 200 Soundscan chart in Canada, and was the #1 selling record on iTunes in its week of release. The album is certified platinum in Canada, and the popularity of gold-selling single “Sleeping Sickness” helped garner City and Colour a 2008 JUNO Award for Songwriter of the Year. Green co-wrote and performed on the track “Carry you home,” under the band name Nashville Skyline for the season seven finale of CW Network’s One Tree Hill. He also performed on a special Valentine’s Day episode of the hit series as part of the storyline February 15, 2011. City and Colour’s third studio album, LITTLE HELL was at Catherine North Studios in Hamilton with producer/engineer/mixer Alex Newport.
