Kyle Davison began his career photographing birds for the Huber-Penrose Field Naturalist Birding Club of South Western Ontario. His candid nest shots of the Plumbeous Vireo caught the attention of Dr. Ronald Belnick Sr., an avid bird watcher and father of the now deceased Ronald Belnick Jr., then drummer for controversial death metal band My Dad Secretly Fu*ks Birds. Ronald Sr. reached out to Kyle via birdingpal.com and asked if he would photograph and direct a music video for his son’s band. The track was called “I Wear Giant Bird Costumes So Dad Will Pay Attention To Me.” Kyle agreed. Unfortunately the video was terrible and ruined the band before they could get started. Kyle continues to make music videos.
