Volunteer Applications Now Open for the 2022 JUNO Awards

 

Volunteers are being recruited for JUNO Week, 
to be held in Toronto, Ontario from May 9-15

 

TORONTO – Today, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) invites the public to apply to volunteer during JUNO Week, this May in Toronto, Ont. The week-long music celebration commences Monday, May 9, culminating with the country’s biggest night in music on Sunday, May 15. The 51st annual JUNO Awards, hosted by Simu Liu, will broadcast and stream live across Canada at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBC TV, CBC Gem, CBC Radio One, CBC Music, CBC Listen, and globally at CBCMusic.ca/junos and CBC Music’s Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages.

Volunteers will have the chance to meet and work alongside like-minded music lovers, while experiencing first-hand the unique opportunity of participating and assisting in the execution of a pillar event in the Canadian entertainment industry.   

Volunteer applications for the 2022 JUNO Week celebrations open today. More details are available online at junoawards.ca/volunteer. Applicants must be 19 years of age or older.
